Arman Babajanyan, the leader of the "For the Republic" party, wrote on his Facebook page:
"Moldovan people, you have made history: you have become the first people to defeat Russia in a modern war. Thank you.
The essence of democracy is revealed when the people choose the path to shape the state's civilizational direction. This is precisely what the elections in Moldova showed.
The victory of the "Action and Solidarity" (PAS) party, with an absolute majority in parliament, is the result of a consistently built European path for years, which combines a clear foreign policy orientation, institutional reforms, and public trust in the state's development vision.
This is a clear lesson for Armenia: in an era of geopolitical competition, determination and principledness are not only a tool of foreign policy, but also the basis of internal stability. The people do not need to be given vague promises; instead, they need to be offered a clear path towards a value-based Western civilization, the rule of law, economic competitiveness, and a new security architecture.
Moldova chose its future without ambiguity. Armenia must also abandon ambiguity and half-hearted steps, formulating its European agenda not as an idea, but as a state strategy. This is the only way to restore sovereignty, strengthen democracy, and become an equal player in the political and geopolitical system of our region."
