Hrach Melkumyan, former head of the Yerevan bureau of Radio Liberty, wrote on his Facebook page:
“Russian-Armenian businessmen should not even be given a livestock farm. They always serve the interests of their main country and use the manure to “fertilize” the political field of their native country.
The dispute between the owner of the ENA and the state will continue in the courts. There is a problem of protecting rights; it is understandable, but the type of people defending the poorly working ENA is incomprehensible: it seems that the power supply is excellent, the improvement of the system is visible, and the expression of the owner-businessman “doing it our way” is about good intentions, but this bad state is trying to take away the ENA from the poor person.”
