What "civil war" are they predicting? Vahram Atanesyan

Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and the National Assembly of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, wrote on his Facebook page:

"There would be an internal political crisis or at least instability in Armenia if the institutional opposition brought the issue of the Prime Minister's impeachment to the National Assembly according to the established procedure, and extra-parliamentary forces helped it and mobilized the streets or 'woke up Lao' and demanded Pashinyan's resignation with at least fifty thousand people. Such a situation would indeed require a political solution or agreements. There is no legal process for the Prime Minister's resignation, "Lao is silent," and the Church is not a political entity. What kind of "civil war" are they talking about?"
