Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his social media page:
“He says, I don’t care about them and their ENA.
In other words, these people didn’t even consider ENA theirs, and they don’t care about that strategically important institution, its consumers, and its employees because if ENA doesn’t belong to them, then who does it belong to? Its consumers, its employees. He said the people because the entire people are either consumers or employees of ENA.
I think the time has come for the Armenian Electric Networks CJSC to be nationalized (stated). This will happen quickly, and I order all ENA employees to conscientiously fulfill their work duties.
After nationalization (stated), conscientiousness will be taken into account.”
