“I was neither excited by the term “genocide” used by Biden nor disappointed by Trump’s failure to use that term today.
As long as the Armenian political mind cannot understand the political language of the world, you will always keep the Armenian people in the circle of momentary excitements and disappointments.
This is precisely why it is said that the recognition of the genocide cannot be considered a priority of the foreign policy of an entire state. First, all this is morally unacceptable because it is unacceptable to turn a national tragedy into a means of diplomatic bargaining. Second, the state is an organism that generates political, economic, and military interests, and, naturally, any organism has vital needs, and the main priorities of state policy are related to satisfying these critical needs.”
