They demand international guarantees for repatriation, but only from Armenia. Atanesyan

Former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and member of the National Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh, Vahram Atanesyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“People who did not raise their voices when a “velvet coup” was carried out on November 4, 2022, and by presidential decree, the authority to manage foreign policy and finances was vested in the State Minister are talking about preserving the state institutions and constitution of Artsakh.

Meanwhile, according to the constitution, this authority/duty is vested only in the president. But what am I saying? These people did not participate in the September 27 NA session even in 2020, and none of the deputies present demanded that Arayik Harutyunyan fulfill the constitutional requirement and issue a decree establishing martial law.

There is no such thing; there was no war in Artsakh, and Armenia and Azerbaijan fought a war. They have nothing to do with the disaster, the loss of a homeland. They are internally displaced persons; they demand international guarantees of security and repatriation. But only from Armenia."
