Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, wrote on his Facebook page:
"They have dissolved the state, destroyed the archives, closed the websites of the presidency, government, National Assembly, and Foreign Ministry, and are demanding that the Armenian authorities initiate an international process to release the former leaders of the NKR held hostage. With what?
It is necessary to immediately form a legal "case" confirming the legality of the mandate of the NKR's elected representatives and provide it to international human rights organizations, lawyers of the "accused", and reputable international media.
Is the official correspondence of the NKR authorities with the OSCE preserved, or has it also been destroyed?"
