"Is the 'Third Road' the ceded corridor?" Torosyan

Arsen Torosyan, a deputy of the National Assembly of the KP faction, wrote on his social media page:

“Many will have noticed that our former colleague Edmon Marukyan has been actively advertising and promoting the November 9 document recently, and although I am on the verge of losing my surprise at some of the thoughts and calls voiced in our political system, I am still sincerely surprised.

Mr. Marukyan says that we should demand the fulfillment of the points of that document, probably forgetting that from the moment we signed it, we were doing just that as long as we had the power. The reality turned out to be the opposite. Not long after the signing, the other two sides, Russia and Azerbaijan, began to violate it. One can be surprised how it was possible not to remember so much.

How can one forget Khtsaberd, Parukh, the blockade of the Lachin corridor, and the failure to return the prisoners? Or does he remember everything, but he is pushing a different agenda?
Could the return of Russian troops and a corridor under Russian control be on that agenda? No, I am not claiming that Mr. Marukyan wants to return us to the Russian yoke again and make concessions from our sovereign territory to them; I am just thinking out loud.

PS: I would never have thought the famous “third road” is a corridor ceded from our sovereign territory.
