Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and the National Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh, wrote on his Facebook page:
"More than six dozen "Artsakh-born" NGOs and several individuals have stood behind Gharib Babayan like a mountain. Don't these organizations and individuals have anything to say to their political elite? Ask them again: have you given billions of drams in loans, paid millions of dollars in compensation for the property dismantled before the war and brought back to Armenia, and given at least a small amount of money to the parents, women, and children of these people who have fallen on their doorsteps, who have fallen victim to enemy drones and missiles through your fault? Or are they restricting Gharib Babayan's right to speak? Let Gharib Babayan speak at a rally. I don't know how many thousand people are in Stepanakert. Or that they brought Iranian Azeris and settled them in Stepanakert, he should have said at that time. "What business does a Turk have next to me?" It's shameful."
