"Zakharova's statements reached a new height of insolence." Gayane Abrahamyan

Former NA deputy journalist Gayane Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page.

"Yesterday's statements by Zakharova reached a new height of disrespect, and although they were very annoying, they were clearly a confessed statement regarding the cooperation with Aliyev in the matter of the loss of Artsakh, but they also tell us something important about the direction in which the main Russian narratives will lead shortly, which, I think it will become the primary litmus test for revealing Russian political proxies in the next election campaign.

The lady of the Russian Foreign Ministry brazenly asserts that "many times they spoke and emphasized Azerbaijan's CONSTRUCTIVE steps for the return of the population who left their homes" and blames the RA authorities, that is, they had kept the people of Artsakh safe, the RA authorities forced the people of Artsakh out and now does not allow them to return. In contrast, as the lady claims next, "the possibility of return WAS AND IS."

This is the latest bold behavior, playing with the constant pain and tragedy of more than a hundred thousand Artsakh citizens, especially by the representative of a country that had taken an obligation to protect the security of Artsakh citizens.

But Zakharova interprets this topic like this by chance: this is the continuation of the Russian narratives already spreading in Georgia that you will bring Abkhazia back, and if you go to the EU, you will become Ukraine, scaring the population with terrible pictures, etc. They will do the same in Armenia, playing on the same fears and feelings, talking about return, and maybe even organizing and recruiting those who want to return... This will solve several issues, all of which will be destructive for Armenia and Armenians. So be alert.

The picture is one of the manipulative images of Georgia's pre-election campaign. (below)
