President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that 2023 would be decisive in the war with Russia.
In his evening address to the Ukrainians, the head of state noted that today he held a meeting of the Council of the Commander-in-Chief, which is already the 44th of this year.
He pointed out that they have decided on the upcoming steps.
"We continue to prepare Ukraine's defense and security forces next year. It should be a defining year. We understand what risks there are in the winter; we understand what we need to do in the spring, which means we understand what results in the entire defense and security sector should show," said Zelensky.
