Ukraine is preparing for such steps that will prove the "illegality" of Russia's presence in the UN Security Council.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that according to the Ukrainian side, that process should boost the political process of depriving Russia of its place in the world organization.
