In the background of power outages due to the massive shelling of Kyiv, residents of the capital have begun to fear complete utility outages in the city.
The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, said that Kyiv is ready for anything.
"I do not rule out the worst scenario. There will not be a complete evacuation, maybe a partial one, but it cannot be called an evacuation. This temporarily moves certain categories of people to suburbs where services are available. I ask every citizen of Kyiv to consider different scenarios and be ready for them," Klitschko said.
