At the UN Security Council session on the issue of Ukraine, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzya said, "Russia is attacking Ukraine's infrastructure in response to Western arms supplies to Kyiv."
"Russia is striking Ukraine's infrastructure in response to Western arms supplies and reckless calls from Kyiv for military victory against Russia," Nebenzya said.
