"Ukraine still needs to liberate and restore about 2,000 villages and towns occupied by Russia," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said in his speech at the 104th Congress of French Mayors.
Zelensky clarified that we are talking about big and small cities, settlements, and villages.
Zelensky reminded us that Ukraine's armed forces have already liberated more than 1,800 settlements.
