The ISW daily reports that the rise in popularity of the Telegram channels of military bloggers is evidence of Russian distrust of official Kremlin narratives and a search for more reliable information.
At the same time, analysts draw attention to the fact that the Ukrainian authorities have chosen the opposite approach. instead of trying to centralize coverage of the war, Kiev instructed regional officials to create official Telegram channels to provide real-time information about the war.
