"Russia does not set a special goal for the change of power in Ukraine," said Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson of the Russian President, commenting on Russia's "special actions" in Ukraine and the announced goals.
Peskov added that the Kremlin is not discussing the possibility of a second wave of mobilization in Russia.
