The European Union should not allow Russia to destroy Ukraine's energy infrastructure

Ursula von der Leyen, head of the European Commission, said, "The European Union should not allow Russia to destroy the energy infrastructure of Ukraine."
He added that the EU is ready to finance Kyiv for 1.5 billion euros per month, which will amount to about 18 billion euros in 2023.
