"No one fears Russia; there will be no negotiations." Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine
On October 24, Andrey Yermak, the head of the Ukraine President's office, wrote on his Telegram channel, "Russia's dirty blackmail is very simple."
He recalled the Russian manipulations related to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the intimidation of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, and the terrorist attacks against the Ukrainian prisoners of war in Olenivka as the "dirty" war after defeats on the battlefield.
According to Yermak, "for a long time, no one has been afraid of Russia because they are weak cowards who dream of negotiations to stop their collapse."
