The EU will discuss the possibility of helping Ukraine with Russia's frozen assets

At the press conference following the EU summit in Brussels on Friday, the head of the European Council, Charles Michel, said, "The EU, to help Ukraine, should think about the use of Russia's frozen assets."
According to him, this issue can be raised at the international conference on aid to Ukraine, which should be held on October 25 in Germany.
