Russia is making an organized retreat from Kherson

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that according to everything, Russia continues to prepare an operation to blow up the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station under a "foreign flag", for which it will later blame Ukraine.

Russian troops seem to be starting to move equipment and tools from the west bank of the Dnieper in anticipation of an imminent attack by the Ukrainian army.

Satellite images show cargo ferries carrying significant amounts of equipment and other cargo from the right bank of the Dnieper to the left and returning empty.

"It seems that the Russian army has learned a lesson from the panic retreat near Kharkiv, when they left a significant amount of military equipment, weapons and ammunition to the Ukrainians," the analysts conclude.
