In his daily video message, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the heaviest battles occur in the vicinity of Solar and Bakhmut. According to him, Russia threw all those it could into the battlefield against the Ukrainians, including two thousand detainees. "They are detainees with long sentences for serious crimes. They are kept at the front not only with money but also with the promise of amnesty. This is how the Russian state sponsors terrorism, looks for murderers in prisons, and promises them freedom if they kill again," said Zelensky. According to him, almost no one in the world doubts that Russia should be recognized as a terrorist state.
