The message says, "In the future, Russia plans to involve them in military operations on the territory of Ukraine." In addition, according to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Russians are increasing the personnel of units in the area of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) and strengthening control at checkpoints around Melitopol involving Russian FSB officers.
