The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has stated that if attacks by official Kyiv continue against the Russian territory, their answers will be harsh.
At the session of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin stated: "This morning, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and according to the plan of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, a massive attack was made on the energy, military command and communication facilities of Ukraine with high-precision weapons.
The scale of the Russian Federation's responses will correspond to the level of threats created by Ukraine."
According to the assessment of the Russian President, Kyiv behaves like a terrorist group, so such actions cannot be left unanswered.
