G7 leaders will discuss recent events in Ukraine

During the briefing, Steffen Hebenstreit, the representative of the German government, announced that the leaders of the Group of Seven countries (Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, USA, France, and Japan) would discuss the latest events in Ukraine tomorrow in the format of a video conference with the participation of President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Last Sunday, Chancellor Olaf Scholz had a telephone conversation with US President Joe Biden, during which the situation in Ukraine was discussed. On Monday, an air alert was announced in Ukraine throughout the country. A series of explosions rocked Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine, including Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Odesa, and Kharkiv.
