Citing its sources, The London-based "Middle East Asia" periodical writes that due to losses in Ukraine, Russia is looking for mercenaries in Turkey, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Moldova, Canada, and Latin American countries through its private company, "Wagner."
The new recruitment campaign was organized by European-based Russian oligarchs and their intermediaries connected to locally organized crime groups. According to "Middle East Eye," foreign mercenaries are lured by high salaries, offering 10,000 dollars a month. Before the war, it was 3-5 thousand.
