The press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov said, "Russia will wait for a change in the position of the current or next president of Ukraine regarding the negotiations with Moscow; the participation of Kyiv is necessary for the negotiation process and agreements."
Zelensky put into action the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the impossibility of holding negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The corresponding decree was published on Tuesday on the Office of the President of Ukraine website.
