In his daily video message, the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that the Ukrainian army liberated several more settlements during the past day. Zelensky did not specify specific territories or explain which regions he was talking about.
At the same time, he assured that the Ukrainian authorities do not intend to consider all persons remaining in the occupied territories as collaborators. "If the teacher remained a Ukrainian teacher and did not lie to the children about who was the enemy, or the person remained a Ukrainian employee of the Ukrainian utility service and, for example, helped maintain the power supply for people, then such a person cannot be blamed," Zelensky emphasized.
