The US is wary of possible attacks by Russia on state facilities in Ukraine

The USA has data that Russia plans to launch new attacks on Ukraine's civil infrastructure and state facilities shortly. The US Embassy in Kyiv warned about it this morning. The embassy also urged US citizens to leave Ukraine and Kyiv.
On the day of Ukraine's independence, August 24, Ukrainian intelligence reported the threat of Russian strikes. The authorities of Ukraine ordered not to hold mass events on that day, stressing security threats.
