"The West is trying to maintain the hegemony that is slipping away from its hands; it is pursuing a policy of restraining any alternative ways of development." Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the participants and guests of the 10th Moscow conference on international security issues this Tuesday.
"The USA is trying to delay the conflict in Ukraine. They provoke potential conflict in Asia, Africa, and Latin America," added Putin.
