Radar Armenia presents the "Third Republic" historical program. Our interlocutors are active actors and witnesses of the events that tell about the unlit episodes of the newly independent state. Our conversations take place in the places where the events unfolded.
The seventh article of the "Third Republic" is about the birth of Armenia's independence, the political phase of the 1988 movement as an enlightenment period; the interlocutor is a former deputy of the RA Central Committee and National Assembly, former extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, doctor of philosophy Ashot Oskanyan.
