Hyundai Motor Group has announced that it will start using humanoid robots in its factories from 2028. At CES, the company introduced the Atlas robot, developed by Boston Dynamics.
Atlas is designed for industrial work: it will perform physically demanding and dangerous tasks, work alongside people, and, in some cases, operate independently. Hyundai notes that this will reduce workers' workload and increase production efficiency.
