Italian carmaker Ferrari is entering the crypto world: the company plans to issue a digital token that will allow its most loyal customers to participate in an auction of the Ferrari 499P model. This racing model has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans three years in a row.
The initiative is intended for Ferrari’s Hyperclub program, which unites about 100 exclusive customers who are endurance-racing fans. The Ferrari 499P Token, issued to them, will allow them to trade with each other and participate in closed auctions.
The digital token is planned to be issued at the start of the 2027 World Endurance Championship.
