On September 15, Samsung launched the stable version of One UI 8 based on Android 16 for Galaxy smartphones and tablets. A month later, the new operating system is available for more than fifty devices from the Korean brand.

More devices will be added to this list in the coming weeks. If all goes according to plan, all Samsung devices that officially support One UI 8.0 should receive the update by the end of November.
However, it is essential to note that Samsung, unlike Apple, does not release updates simultaneously worldwide. The installation is carried out in stages by region. You can check for updates in the “Settings” → “Software update” → “Download and install” section.
One UI 8 will not be available on smartphones that have reached their operating system update quota by 2025. These include the Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and other popular models.
