Toyota's production and sales hit record highs

Toyota's global production and sales for the first six months of this year reached record highs. This is due to strong demand in the markets of North America, Japan, and China.

Global sales of the world's largest automaker increased by 5.5% in January-June compared to 2024, reaching more than 5.1 million vehicles. This growth was driven by demand for hybrid cars, which accounted for about 43% of global sales.

Toyota's vehicle production in the first six months of the year increased by 5.8%, amounting to 4.9 million vehicles.

Global sales in June increased by 1.7%, reaching 867,906 vehicles, and production by 7.4%, amounting to 854,565 vehicles.
