South Korean company LG has introduced a wheeled monitor. As reported by Digital Trends, the novelty is called the Smart Monitor Swing. This unique mobile display combines a 31.5-inch IPS touch screen with 4K UHD resolution and an included stand-platform with wheels.
The company noted that the monitor can be easily moved around the room thanks to this design.
The monitor runs on the webOS operating system, which allows it to be used without a computer or other external devices. It can also function as a TV by connecting a flash drive or transmitting content wirelessly. However, it has no built-in battery, so it must always be connected to power.
The device costs approximately 740 US dollars. The company has not confirmed whether the monitor will be available in the global market, but it is reported that the Smart Monitor Swing will go on sale in South Korea starting April 24th through LG's official online store.
