Apple to release significant software update. Bloomberg

Bloomberg reports, citing its sources, that Apple, an American company, is preparing to introduce one of the largest software updates in its history.

According to the agency, the main goal is to transform the interface of the iPhone, iPad, and Mac for a new generation of users.

The update, scheduled for the end of the year, will radically change the appearance of the operating systems and make Apple's software platforms uniform, and device management will become easier.

The changes are assumed to be included in iOS 19 and iPadOS 19, codenamed Luck, and macOS 16, which was named Cheer. The software will become the most significant update for the Mac since the Big Sur operating system in 2020, and for the iPhone, it will be "the largest update since iOS 7 in 2013," writes Bloomberg.
