Today, the Falcon 9 rocket was launched from Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center.
"This flight was SpaceX's 100th orbital launch from the historic platform previously used by the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs," the release said.
Almost 8.5 minutes after liftoff, the first stage of the B1085 rocket successfully landed on a marine platform, marking the Falcon 9's 398th landing.
