The Daily Telegraph notes that Rolls-Royce is negotiating the creation of a mini-nuclear power plant in Ukraine. The British company is developing small modular reactors based on new and commercially unproven technology.
In Ukraine, they are planned to be installed after 2030 in the places where coal power plants are now located.
