According to the New York Times, Twitter has dismissed at least 200 employees, or about 10 percent of the staff.
There are other cases of layoffs in the company. After billionaire Elon Musk acquired Twitter in October of last year, there were again layoffs.
Since then, Musk has laid off about half of his 7,500 employees.
