As expected, the production of new cars under the famous brand began at the Moscow "Moskvich" plant.
This is a rebranded version of the Chinese JAC JS4. It is comparable in size to the Kia Seltos and Skoda Karoq. It is built on a common platform from JAC and Volkswagen, with McPherson-type struts at the front and a semi-independent torsion beam at the rear.
Front-wheel drive cars with internal combustion engines should get 1.6-liter machines with a capacity of 109 horsepower. A 1.5-liter engine with 150 horsepower will also be available. Both engines have a 6-speed manual transmission or variator.
The price has yet to be announced.
