The Weightlifting Federation reports that Armenia has won its first medal in the first military weightlifting tournament in Iran.
Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, a member of the Armenian team, won the bronze medal in the tournament held in the Iranian city of Babolsar, competing in the 71 kg category.
