Mariam Mkrtchyan has completed her last, 3rd Women's Grandmaster norm and her first International Master norm within the framework of the 2025 European Team Chess Championship. The Chess Federation of Armenia reports this.
Mariam scored 6.5 points out of 9 possible on the second board and improved her rating by 35 points. Her rating is now 2353. It should be noted that since Mariam's rating already exceeds the required threshold of 2300, she will receive the Women's Grandmaster title.
