Argentine forward Lionel Messi congratulated PSG forward Ousmane Dembele on winning the Ballon d'Or.
"Big brother... Congratulations, I'm so happy for you. You deserve it," Messi wrote in the comments section of Dembele's post.
Dembele beat Barcelona and Spain winger Lamine Yamal in the voting. The French forward's teammate Vitinha came in third.
Messi holds the record for the most Ballon d'Or wins, having won the trophy eight times. Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo is second with five wins.
