Nuri Sahin has been dismissed from the position of head coach of Borussia Dortmund, the German club's press service reports.
As reported by Sky Sport, the team and the coach were informed about it at night in the Bologna hotel.
"Borussia" is in 10th place in the German championship and 13th place in the Champions League table. The team has suffered four consecutive defeats in all competitions.
"Unfortunately, we did not fulfill the team's ambitions this season. I wish this unique club the best," Sahin said.
