The Lisbon club is negotiating the transfer of the 19-year-old Brazilian, Relevo reports.
According to a source, the Catalans must sell several players to sign several others, including new midfielder Dani Olmo.
Earlier, it became known that "Barcelona" demanded 30-35 million euros for Roque.
