Luka Modric thanked the president of Real Madrid for everything he has done for him.
On July 17, the Croatian midfielder extended his contract with the Madrid club for one year.
"Florentino means a lot to me. I have nothing but words of thanks to the President for all he has done for me since my arrival. He helped me to continue my career at Real Madrid. He still trusts me. He is the best president in the world.
What he did with Real Madrid... took him to an incredible level. I can only be grateful for what he has done for me and continues to do," Modric said in an interview with Real's club television.
