"Noa" football club has started an exclusive cooperation with the international professional coaching team, which arrived in Armenia from Portugal and will work in "Noa" club and Academy. Athletes and Development Managers Paulo Leitao and Nuno Mota, Quality Assurance and Operations Specialist Jorge Rafael Santos, and Player Recruitment Manager Paulo Moreira are experienced professionals.

They cooperated with academies and clubs in several European countries. They educated and worked with famous football players, such as Luis Figo, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ricardo Quaresma, Rafael Leao, Goncalo Guedes, Nuno Mendes, and others.

"We have always cooperated with the owners of such clubs, with whom we will have a common idea and vision to achieve the goal. These principles are the basis of cooperation with "Noa." We discussed the club's development strategy with the club management, especially the academy, and came to a common denominator. Having worked in elite football structures for many years, having high results, we are ready to invest our experience and knowledge in the development of "Noa" and Armenian football," Nuno Mota, responsible for the development of football players, said after joining "Noa."

The president of "Noa" Vardges Vardanyan notes. "We have recruited international specialists with serious experience in creating institutional foundations for developing youth and professional football. At the moment, they are studying the current situation of the academy and developing a long-term strategy with us.
