The international tennis tournaments with an ITF ranking under 18 have started at the Tsaghkadzor Olympic Complex. Representatives of more than 20 countries worldwide participated in the first competition.
Mikael, who has just turned 16, became the outright winner of the first competition, defeating representatives of Russia, Italy, Russia, and the Czech Republic in the singles matches and again in the final.
In the doubles, Mikayel Avanesyan and Nikoloz Gurgenidze defeated Russian and Czech tennis players in the final. Competitions are ongoing. Mikayel continues his winning streak, entering the semifinals in singles and doubles.
