For the first time in 26 years, "Napoli" changed the coach twice during the season

Yesterday, it became known that Walter Mazzarri had left the head coach position at "Napoli." In his place, the head coach of the Slovak national team, Francesco Colzona, will lead the team.

This is the second change of coach at the Neapolitan club this season. In November, Rudy Garcia, who spent the first year on the team, was fired.

The last time "Napoli" coaches changed so often was in the 1997/98 season. At that time, the team managed to manage four specialists: Bortolo Mutti, Carlo Mazzone, Giovanni Gallone, and Vincenzo Montefusco.

Napoli then scored 14 points from 24 defeats in 34 games, finished last in Serie A, and were relegated.

The club ranks 9th in the Serie A table with 36 points in 24 games.
